ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

If you want your TraderZen account and associated app data deleted, send a request from the email address linked to your app account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Use subject line: TraderZen Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email used for your TraderZen login.

We will confirm your identity, process the deletion request, and send confirmation when complete.

Data handling summary

  • Account profile and app-linked personal data are deleted after verification.
  • Backup records may persist temporarily in secure backups for operational recovery.
  • Records required for legal, fraud, or financial compliance may be retained as required.
